This photograph is in the Meserve-Kunhardt collection. It appears to be a newly discovered Lincoln-photo.

Although almost identical to A61c2 and A61c3, it is distinguished by the following characteristics:

• The US flag drapes from the flagpole differently.
• The scaffolding tower that emerges from atop the partially finished dome has a discernable space between its bottom floor and the top rim of the dome.
• The people in the foreground are arrayed differently.
